It's almost lunch time and my tummy is grumbling so I decided to check out Sunday Suppers to see what amazing food inspirations they had on their site today. This Penne Pasta Frittata looks delicious, super easy and cost effective! I am totally going to make that for din-din tonight and have a glass of red wine. Who wants to join?

Restaurant Review: Fabi and Rosi

This weekend I had the pleasure of dining at Fabi and Rosi. A friend and I went for brunch. I highly recommend this place! The Brioche Apple French Toast was unbelievable, I finished every bite! I am looking forward to trying this place out in a few weeks for dinner with my mom! Let me know if you have been before and what you recommend?

Off for my long weekend run

I am doing the San Antonio Rock N' Roll Half Marathon in three weeks. So, today means an 8 mile run for me. Yikes! This is my second half marathon but I do not have fond memories of my longer distance runs...Wish me luck!

Tommy Hilfiger Spring/Summer 2011 Collection

To be quite honest, Tommy Hilfiger has not been on my radar since his overalls hit the streets in 1993 (roughly...What was I thinking?). However, I came across his summer/spring collection and I am in love. The clothes remind me of taking a stroll on the marina! The bright colors are to die for. I would truly take this whole collection and gladly bring it home with me. I wish! Take a look for yourself.
